Q1: How many kinds of stainless steel products you have?
A: We have more than 300 stainless steel products, All the colors, lengths, widths, thicknesses are diverse and also can be customized as you required.
Q2. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples? What about the lead time of sample?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds. Sample needs 3-7 days.
Q4. What is your terms of packing? Can we have our own logo or company name on the products or package?
A:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes . If you have legally registered patent, we can print your branded stickers then place them on the boxes after getting your artwork and detailed requirements by email or TM. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A:30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shippment or as mentioned.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF
Q7. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q8. Do you have any MOQ limited ?
A: Low MOQ for trial order is available, at least 500KG for one item.
Q9. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For the samples, We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. For small quantities , LCL or Airline are optional. Normal quantity we are pleased to send by shipping.

Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

A: We can provide samples free of charge to ensure that they are the products you need. The factory has passed ISO9001 to ensure that the products are qualified. Before delivery, the customer can entrust SGS or other third-party institutions to the factory to test the product quality.
